RESISTANCE CONDITIONING (HIIT)

RESISTANCE CONDITIONING (HIIT)

Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), called Resistance Conditioning class (“ReCon”) is designed to combine full-body functional movements with light weights, bodyweight, and gymnastics with high intensity cardio intervals for 35-45 minutes to tone, improve endurance, and build full body strength. Get ready to keep your heart rate up for the whole class… and get ready to sweat! No prior experience is required.

HOW DOES A RECON CLASS WORK?

Each class lasts one hour and typically entails the following:

  1. Warm-up and mobility prep: to prep you for the workout ahead. (~10 minutes)
  2. High intensity, sustained cardio: Aimed to get your heart rate up to 150-160 for a sustained period with very light weight, constant movement, and lots of good vibes.
  3. Cool down: Active recovery stretching session. (~5 minutes)
  4. High five and smile: Because crushing a workout is more fun knowing you’ve done it with your friends. Now go out and slay the rest of your day!

Our experienced coaches will motivate and guide you through the workout and help you pace appropriately.

WHO IS RESISTANCE CONDITIONING DESIGNED FOR?
